Description of problem:

in RedHat-Advanced-Cluster-Management you can create an Application and assign Ansible-Jobs to it

In ArgoCD this should work as well (with no UI support) as you can put Ansible-Jobs in a PRE/POST Syncjob

We currently don't have any example

While a PRE-Hook should be easy a post hook is much more complicated for several reasons:

1. When is Application ready? Do we need healthchecks?
2. If you deploy an Application to several clusters, does it need to be running on all?

First step is an example which sets up AAP can calls a demo Job
