Why:

  We have no automation yet on the Web Console component, while other teams are already using suites like [cypress|https://www.cypress.io] in the CI pipeline. We should start using it to test some basic functionality of the Dynamic Plugin, while we can start adding more tests in each release.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A layout skeleton or folder structure with some basic tests for Dynamic Plugin.
• An operatorE2E-compatible Makefile to run them.
