Dynamic plugin resources remain after unistallation of Operator

Description of problem:

When Dynamic plugin is enabled, uninstallation of operator does not revert the changes caused by enabling dynamic plugin.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Openshift GitOps operator should be installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable dynamic plugin
2. Uninstall the operator

Actual results:

Resources don't get deleted properly.

Expected results:

Uninstallation of the operator should be clean

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Only once
