ArgoCD console 'Log in via Openshift' not working

Description of problem:

In the latest 1.7.0 build 21, Log in via Openshift for ArgoCD console is not working

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the operator using 1.7.0 rc 
2. Navigate to ArgoCD console and click on Log in via Openshift 

Actual results:

400 Bad Request: Client sent an HTTP request to an HTTPS server.

Expected results:

Login should be successful
