Story (Required)
Add docs to demonstrate Argo Rollout traffic management with OpenShift Service Mesh.
Background (Required)
Many of the OpenShift customers use RedHat OpenShift Service Mesh for their east-west traffic management. As we add support to the Argo Rollouts, users will be very interested to test and eventually use Rollouts with OpenShift Servicemesh for advanced deployment strategies like canary and blue-green.
Approach (Required)
There is an excellent video made by rh-ee-chernand to demonstrate the usage of Rollouts with OpenShift Service Mesh. However, in this video, Christian installs the Rollouts manually.
So as part of this story, provide the steps with GitOps operator and OpenShift Service Mesh operator.

Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)
- Write a documentation topic which talks about the installation, configuration and usage of Argo Rollouts (GitOps Operator rollouts) with OpenShift service Mesh.
- Document can assume that the user already has OpenShift GitOps (integrating Argo Rollouts) installed.
- Unlike Christian's repo, the docs can be self-contained: providing the CRs the user needs to create inline within the docs themselves (rather than as a script/repo, as is the case for Christian's Github URL).
- The document can be in the form of a Google doc, which we can provide to doc folks to get it into the OpenShift GitOps release docs
