Description
we should not be setting the DISABLE_DEX env var out of the box in our CSV any more, since we have deprecated that variable. We should remove it so that no new installations of the operator carry it and are then subsequently provided with the deprecation notice for that variable even though the user had nothing to do with setting it in the first place
Acceptance criteria
- remove DISABLE_DEX env var from operator CSV
