`TestFixingDegradedApp` under argocd-e2e fails on s390x and ppc64le

      Starting from GitOps 1.6.1, Argo-cd 2.4.6, we start to see this test `TestFixingDegradedApp` failing constantly on IBM z and power platforms. Same test ran fine on the older versions of Gitops and Argo-cd. We had a debugging session together with RH QE team and discovered that updating one of the ConfigMaps (argocd-cm), i.e, removing the data session, helps resolve the issue. jfischer@redhat.com is now taking a deeper look at the problem.
