Cleanup clusters from 1.6 release

      To test OpenShift GitOps 1.6 release, we deployed several long-running clusters to help the engineers test the different features and bug fixes. Now we need to clean up all those clusters to free resources.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      ยท Delete all long-running clusters that are not in use
