Test installation of gitops-operator on test cluster

Description: After the build of the bundle has succeeded, there should be some acceptance tests that run to make sure the installation of the gitops-operator on the test cluster is successful. This way if there is a problem with installation it should error out faster.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• write tests that will run once an image of gitops-operator is obtainable that will test the installation of the operator on the test cluster
