Deployment History tab on OCP 4.11 shows some error

      Upon completing day1 journey, the deployment history tab shows The history cannot be obtained due to an error. Check the GitOps cluster pod log for any errors.

      From cluster pod, logs show level=info msg="AppName is empty

      This is caused by v1.6.0 RC build didn't pick up up-to-date changes from gitops-backend repo
