Description:

Currently the Gitops Operator doesn't support NodeSelector.
It does however make use of a toggle 'runOnInfra' that uses nodeSelector internally.

If we want to add a default nodeSelector for linux machines, the behaviour of that along with custom nodeSelector and the merge issues should be studied.
