If a GitOps repo already exists, the component delete command should allow users to remove a specific component from the folder from the local filesystem.

This is opposite to the add component command.

Note: This could also prompt the user to update the repo. This prompt can also appear in the add command.  Alternatively, there can be another option to simply push all changes to the repo. (We should see how the flow is)
