When Amit was in the team, he managed a virtual machine in PSI with a Windows 10. That machine was used by the Devel folks to use as a Windows client to connect to the WebConsole (OCP DevConsole) and make some graphical tests.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A Windows 10 virtual machine in PSI, deployed using Infrastructure as a Code.
• Credentials for the desktop user stored in Bitwarden to be shared along with the team
• Network stack and firewall configuration to allow RDP (TCP/3389) to the machine
