Add e2e tests for unified SSO workflow

To ensure that the unified SSO works as expected alongside `.spec.dex` and appropriate event is generated, we should have e2e tests in place that verify this behaviour. We can leverage the existing kuttle suite of tests for this purpose

Acceptance criteria

• Add e2e tests to kuttle suite for unified SSO
• Cover as many edge cases as possible
