Based on cabal discussion on 4/19/2022, try to get hands on experience using SSA to modify parts of default machinesets in openshift clusters in a dry run type scenario and capture ease of use, feasibility as solution in the ticket comments 

Acceptance criteria:

• Successfully use SSA to modify machinesets
• Capture steps involved and usability in comments/doc
