• HAS is pretty much using the identical layout. The goal is layout down a component (which is a app/service in kam). Laydown a default component from devfile, and kustomize it  A default deployment yaml and allow for customization
• The library would allow add/remove/update a component. E.g. update memory/cpu, list component, has health check
• Has a manifest (pipelines.yaml). Pipelines  should be optional. Tekton subfolder contributed by Tekton
• Promotion of environment
• Export yaml. GitOps Primer Operator wraps all your yaml and zip and download, export and import
• Roundtripping 
• Currently, aggressively regenerate, nice to have fine grained user update (keep user changes during roundtripping)
• HAS has no CLI. Library provides APIs allow HAS to execute "Kam CLI".
• GitOps workflow does not push changes to git but creates Pull Requests. Pull Requests can then be reviewed/approved/abandoned. 
• Repository layout does not need to be customizable.
