Before this update, When attaching more than one Ingress to the route, the Route resources get stuck in `Progressing` Health status. With this update, the health check will report the correct health status of Route resource.

When attaching more than one Ingress to the route, the Route resources get stuck in `Progressing` Health status with message `Route is still getting admitted`.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Fix the route health check to incorporate multiple Ingress
