Follow up on RPMdiff issue for kam regarding PIE binaries

We waived the Execshield issue reported by RPMdiff at https://rpmdiff.engineering.redhat.com/run/527677/7/

We should put some time in investigating the effects of the things reported by RPMdiff a little further.
