GITOPS Sprint 212
Description
We need to create v1.4.0 release candidates for testing. After issues are found and fixed, we build a new release candidate. We continue this testing/building rc cycle until all tests are passed.
Acceptance Criteria
- Continue spinning new release candidates until all tests are passed and ready to release (qe to sign off)
