Create test plan for v1.4

Why

We need to create a test plan that includes all test scenarios.  We will use this test plan to perform acceptance testing for OpenShift GitOps v1.4.  Some of test scenarios have automated testing coverage. The test plan should identify in spreadsheet columns that tests are covered by automation and manual testing.

Acceptance Criteria

• A spread sheet looks like the one in v1.3 above
• Identify test cases both manually tested and by automation
• Test platforms:
  • OSD (4.9),
  • PSI, Proxy, AWS, Disconnected Cluster,  4.6-4.10
