Downstream changes for new RH-SSO release 7.5.1

    Description

      We have requested for below fixes/enhancements in the RH-SSO. All the changes are done and targeted for 7.5.1(next release).
      1. OCP group mappings in RHSSO - KEYCLOAK-18128
      2. Keycloak does not allow login with the kubeadmin user - KEYCLOAK-19079. 
      3. Simplify the steps for a Disconnected OpenShift cluster - KEYCLOAK-19080

      Acceptance Criteria:
      Upgrade the RH-SSO version to 7.5.1.
      Ensure the above features are working.
