In the Environments Details page, the image before the link to Argo CD UI is now broken. Not sure why, but should be replaced with something more permanent so that if the path changes the image doesn't continue to break. 

Acceptance Criteria: 

• change the broken link to an asset that is stored in the repo itself (or something else that is not likely to change and break it again without someone knowing)
