      As an ArgoCD user/admin I want to uninstall the installed OpenShift GitOps operator and all the workloads created by it. 

      I referred to the OpenShift 4.7 CICD -> GitOps docs and OpenShift GitOps user guide, I dont see any uninstallation steps. Attached screenshots for the same.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      1. Document uninstallation of Operator.
      2. Document uninstallation of Operator + Workloads
