Description
The PR https://github.com/redhat-developer/gitops-operator/pull/167 changed the resource requests for some workloads to lower values.
However, creating ArgoCD resources from the DevConsole are missing that change, because there are different default values specified in the CSV.
This leads to the fact that ArgoCD CRs created from DevConsole UI end up having different default resource requests than those created manually from a YAML.
