Context:

As we are using most of the features and configuration from the community operator, it would be awesome to have a matrix/document to know what features are not present in our operator.

Upstream: https://github.com/argoproj-labs/argocd-operator

Acceptance Criteria:

• Make a bullet list (more like checklist) along with a little description that maps out the difference b/w the upstream and downstream.
• After the description for each mentioned checklist point from above, make a sub-section for "Are there any blockers?"
• The document should be editable to add new findings.
• Once the document is refined and reviewed properly, we can make that document public in gitops-operator repository!
