Enable Dex support in GitOps Operator

What is the nature and description of the request?

As GitOps use Dex as a authenticator service[1] and it could be enabled in GitOps Operator it could be interesting to find the way to support it by Red Hat

To continue using Dex as the same as the upstream one.
