Add ArgoCDExport to GitOps Operator

What is the nature and description of the request?

In the following link[1] it is explained how to use Disaster Recovery in ArgoCD but it's something that is not implemented in our GitOps Operator. I know that following best practices like have all configuration in a repo should be enough to recover for a disaster but could be interesting try to have this option too.
