This idea came up during f2f in 2021.  
Service Binding Operator can be potentially use to insert secret where secret is needed in kam bootstrapped gitops ci/cd services. Use Service Binding to inject our secret.  And possibly make that solution to do one level redirection out to third party secret handlers.

Acceptance Criteria

• investigate the possibility and benefit of leverage Service Binding Operator to insert secret in kam
• document result and findings from the research and present to the team
