Jenkins job not working correctly when creating non-CI versions

When creating the Beta1 version of the Fuse Tooling the created update site contained the features with a version containing -CI in the version string. Would have thought it should be -Beta1 instead. Need to check with Nick Boldt or Mickael Istria how to set it up properly. (publish script and job)
