Fuse IDE Windows Install does not create a short cut to the IDE in the start menu

      The Windows installer for FUSE IDE does not create a short cut the IDE launcher. The only option available is uninstall the Fuse IDE. The IDE still needs to be be launched from the directory where is was installed.
