Fuse IDE settings - Front panel should have explanation text

In the Eclipse Preferences ...
The Fuse IDE has an empty page. See screenshot.

All the other pages which is empty have some explanation text, that you should expand to configure settings. We should have the same text in Fuse IDE.
For example as the Web preference.
