(Manual steps of this UI test. ) Create new project with OpenShift deployment type and SpringBoot template.  Connect to OCP.  Create new project on OCP for deployment.  Set launch configuration for targeting OCP.  Run.  Wait for build, should be OK.  Check pods on OCP.

I am not able to deploy project to OpenShift no matter which OCP is used.

In my case, one of Pods is ending with ErrImagePull error (image 3). It seems like there's error with getting docker image from catalog.redhat.com. Launch is waiting for image to become available (image 6). I am not able to get images even from CLI instance of Docker (image 4). Project template is targeting version 1.9, but latest one ends with same error. Pod with deployment writes only `Scaling` to log (image 7). (I have same issue even when trying to deploy in older version.)
