Upgrade groovy libs in /org.fusesource.ide.camel.model.service.impl to a version not using jcenter/bintray

currently 2.5.14 is using it.

expecting a new version without it https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GROOVY-9989

Groovy lib is embedded only in /org.fusesource.ide.camel.model.service.impl bundle, not in bundles of specific Camel versions. it means that when there will be a new version of Groovy 2.5.x, we will be able to use it and have it fixed.
