Remove embedded libs from wsdl2rest UI bundle to avoid wrong lib version used

several possibilities (some can be intermediary steps):

• await Tycho 2.2 and use the new feature to provide depdency in pom whcih will convert automatically to bundles
• separate in 2 bundles to avoid m2e.maven.runtime (or any other plugins) to provide a dependency clashing in version
• provide the velocity bundle (whcih is the one spotted causing troubles)
• provide all wsdl2rest dependencies in orbit or equivalent
