Replace Web Tools Platform xml editor by Generic Text Editor with xml support

Genric Text Editor which is providing now a good xml support. For the future, it sounds wealthier anyway as the generic text editor is maintained as it is core in the strategy of Language Servers although WTP project is clearly lacking maintainers for a long time now. it is always complicated to find people taking care of it.
