Validation error of unused package for CBR Java test as test package is the same than the class used

Several tests are failing with CBR Java, it seems to report a wrong validation error of an unused package "The import com.mycompany.camel.CamelRoute is never used"
I tested manually and played test locally and i don't reproduce the problem.
it is not affecting master build as these tests are part of templates test that are no more executed on master.
