with last upgrade, the embedded Maven version upgraded from 3.5.x to 3.6.1

Syndesis extensions are not working with it.

      • tested with the currently provided default value
      • tested with the latest productized version (1.6.x) for the syndesis bom
      • when using the 1.7.4 community, the camel-telegram component is not available so means we will need to rework the templates. Also need to check that it is working with this new version of Maven.

Also to check that there is not another version that we can upgrade (like a maven plugin instead of the bom) the Maven plugin is using the same version than bom
