Reactivate NewDataFormatWizardIT tests

    Description

      NewDataFormatWizardIT was disabled during work on https://issues.jboss.org/browse/FUSETOOLS-3244

      the tests are passing but taking too much time and are going in timeout on CI.

      Need to find a way to speed up the tests.
      It is a parameterized test, so as a first iteration maybe test less cases.

      I'm wondering if a part of it should be not relevant to be tested at Camel level itself
