Do not allow empty Fuse Ignite Version

In New Fuse Ignite Extension Project wizard is possible to erase Fuse Ignite Version. If user do that, Finish button is still active and wizard can be finished (see attached screenshot). If user create such kind of project, the project is not created correctly.
