Camel Validation - Handle 'transacted' and 'policy' components

According to ENTESB-9065 and this comment https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-9065?focusedCommentId=13588415&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-13588415, transacted and policy components can be used as a single tag (despite what Camel Catalog says). It will be fixed in future versions of Camel but it affects one of our quickstart distributed with Fuse 7.0 (see attached project).

Please, consider some workaround for mentioned issue in order to avoid Fuse Tooling validation error.
