Update Stacks file to contain Fuse 7 release version

    Description

      Update https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-stacks/blob/1.0.0.Final/stacks.yaml file to contain the server adapter for Fuse 7 release version. We can reuse the TechPreview config which is already in there and modify it to be the Fuse 7 Final one.
      Afterwards open up a Jira in JDF project and ask for merge of the PR. rawb will be probably the person in charge for reviewing and merging.
