Rename "JBoss Fuse" to "Red Hat Fuse" in most visible places to users

      Go through the Fuse Tooling code base and global search for Red Hat JBoss Fuse and/or simply JBoss Fuse and replace with Red Hat Fuse.

      Make sure to hit all files except the help plug-in.

      --> affect only what user see, no plugin name or package names
