Remove "tags" in tech Extension Wizard as it is not implemented on Syndesis side

      as it is not implemented on Syndesis side and that there is "no timeline so far" (quoting lburgazz@redhat.com ), it might be better to remove the "tags" from the Wizard UI.

      benefits:

      • simplify UI
      • avoid to lost users to search for something that is not available in Syndesis UI
      • less code to maintain
