Improve global performance by improving internal cache retrieval of CamelModel for a specific project

it is currently taking 40ms, not that much but it might be called several times. there might be room for improvements.

idea: have a listener on the project, if nothing has changed, provide directly the CamelModel instead of updateMavenRepositoryLookup for instance.
