Provide checkbox to disable Camel version filtering of templates

since FUSETOOLS-2195, the templates are filtered based on the Camel version.
In some circonstances it can be good to see all templates even if the camel version is not "compatible".

• implement refresh of the list based on the checkbox
• ensure all templates have different names if we have different templates for same usage but for different version (I think that it will be the case for AMQ)
• would be nice to have feedback which ones "should have been" filtered even if they appear in the list
