Currently when having "routes" and "routeContext", the global config tab editor is hidden.

But if these tags are enclosed in a "beans" one, we should still be able to edit it.
(at least the xsd allows that)

• needs to check that it is working at runtime
• if yes:
  • needs to ensure that SAP global config is also provided
  • needs to ensure that dataformats and endpoints are not available
  • need to modify th eextension point or the interface to specify if it needs to be displayed or not
