Provide SpringBoot standalone template

    Description

      SpringBoot standalone seems to be the "default" deployment for Fuse 7 so to be "as same level than 6.3" we need to provide template for default deployment

      Where are official examples provided?
      launch.openshift.io was pointed to contain some examples for that.

      What is the difference with SprintBoot on OpenShift? Need to determine if there are specific integration available or not to disable.
