On Linux, for Karaf 4.x, the home directory cannot be determined

      for Linux users

      • Preferences -> Servers --> Runtime Environments -> Add..
      • choose Karaf 4.0 or Karaf 4.1
      • click "Download and install runtime"
      • click finish
        --> the "home directory" will be set to parent folder instead of apache-karaf-runtime-4.x.x

      when FUSETOOLS-2535 will be fixed, all Linux users will be able to download Karaf runtimes and will encounter the home directory issue
