Investigate help setup for Global Configuration elements

The Documentation property tab works well with the Design tab of the Camel Editor, but does not work well with any of the Global Configuration elements in the Configurations tab.

Selecting a Bean in the Configurations tab brings up the Bean component documentation in the Documentation property page. We need to change that to point to something more appropriate.

Selecting a Data Format brings up the "Route Editor Patterns" topic.

But the Endpoints seem to bring up the right components.

Once the Fuse help is updated for Beans, we should have available topics to link to.
