Update Bean method selection dialog to be more user friendly

      Currently the method browse dialog extends ElementListSelectionDialog and doesn't have a great way of showing the user that there are no methods of a particular type available for selection from the selected bean class. And the message isn't always clear. We should take the time to create a slightly better version of that dialog to make things easier for the user.
